Yoga Nidra (starts February 21)
This class meets the third Sunday of each month at Body in Balance (6888 Odana Road, Madison) from 4 pm - 5 pm.
Yoga Nidra means "Yogic Sleep". It is a guided relaxation exercise in which you leave the waking state, go past the dreaming state, and enter into the deep sleep state, while remaining fully awake and alert. This state of awareness is extremely beneficial for releasing stress, creating mental clarity, energizing the body, and facilitating healing at a deep level. This guided relaxation experience is for everyone.
