GREEN YOUR YOGA: Aligning with Ease
Are you working too hard in your yoga practice? Learn to become energy
efficient in every pose, conserving and storing vital energy in your cells
for a more dynamic life off the mat! This workshop is designed to connect
participants to the energetic wisdom within asana to bring a deep sense
of ease within individual poses and in transitions between postures.
Engaging the energy body helps us to work more intelligently in each
pose, becoming more energy efficient on a physical level.  Discover the
energetic components of alignment to help stack the muscles and bones
from a foundation of ease through awareness. Great workshop for yoga
teachers seeking to guide yoga practice with more precision.

ASANA'S INNER WISDOM
In this workshop, we discover the energetic applications within asana.
Bring awareness to different areas of the body within poses that present
challenge to discover what the asana is offering to teach us on a physical,
mental, and emotional level.

CHAKRA YOGA
Explore the seven chakras major through this eight week yoga practice
designed to purify and activate the full potential of the human energy
body. Formated in either a Chakra Vinyasa format or Hatha Chakra format.

Two Format Options:

1) 8 Week Series of 2 Hour Workshops

Week 1: Root - basic needs and tribal law
Week 2: Sacrum - creativity, sexuality, support, finances
Week 3: Solar Plexus - personal power, will
Week 4: Heart - love, compassion, "we" rather than "me"
Week 5: Throat - expression, communication, listening
Week 6: Third Eye - intuition, vision, insight
Week 7: Crown - connection to the divine source
Week 8: Seven Chakra Practice (class will be recorded for student use
beyond the classroom via Marty's podcast)

2) Single 3 Hour Workshop (1 Hour Energy Anatomy Lecture + a 2 Hour
Asana Practice)



ENERGY ANATOMY: Introduction to the Subtle Body
Take an honest look at your thoughts, emotions, habits, and patterns
through the wisdom of your subtle body. This workshop takes an
introductory look at the theory of Chakras, Nadis, Marmas, and Aura -
what they are and how they are believed to function. Learn how to detect
where your energy is 'leaking' and incorporate meditations to seal up
leaks and strengthen your subtle body.

3 Hour Workshop (Lecture + Integration)



LUNAR RESET
Discover how to 'reset' your lunar (or restful) state of being. Experience
deep release through conscious rest to counter-balance the
predominantly solar lifestyle that most of us lead. This 'rest-shop'
combines the healing arts of yin yoga, restorative yoga, body therapy
balls, and yoga nidra. Experience the potential that these modalities hold
for resetting the mind/body/soul.

3 Hour 'Rest-shop'



KIRTAN: Ecstatic Chant
Kirtan is a Sanskrit word that when translated means singing praises. It is
a spontaneous flow of chanting, prayer, or singing praises to the divine. It
is the experience of feeling the soulful vibrations of the divine resonating
within and expressing through your physical form as sound. Kirtan
concerts are a participatory experience of call-and-respond chant. The
kirtan leader, known as the kirtankar or kirtan wallah, sings a line of a
Sanskrit mantra, and the participants repeat the mantra in response.
Kirtan is considered Bhakti yoga, the yoga of love and devotion to the
divine. No experience or 'singing voice' necessary, dancing encouraged!

MASTER VINYASA CLASSES
Looking for an advanced and creative flows that bring you to your edge?
Everything up the point of our edge is conditioning; it is when we
challenge our edge that we can transform and grow. Enjoy an extended
intermediate/advanced practice designed to nourish teachers (and
advanced students) and assist in growing your personal practice. Come
prepared for a deeply challenging, light-hearted asana practice balanced
with both physical and spiritual nourishment.

Topic choices include:
Earth Element Flow, a grounding/sustaining practice.
Fire Element Flow, a motivating practice.
Water Element Flow, a fluid practice.
Five Element Flow, a full spectrum elemental practice.
Strength and Grace Flow, an arm/standing balance practice.
Upside Down Asana Flow, an inversions focused practice.

This workshops offers a pause from the day-to-day contact we are
accustomed to with our partners, and offers the opportunity to reconnect
in ways that have perhaps been forgotten or not yet discovered. Learn...

Simple yoga postures to practice with your partner to increase your
connection through touch, support, playfulness, laughter, and breath.
Powerful meditations to connect to your own inner space and your
partner. Thai bodywork techniques and assisted yin yoga postures for deep
healing and release.

FLYING YOGA 101 : LEARN TO FLY!
Take your yoga practice to entirely new heights! Learn to fly.
Come earn your flying wings as Partner Yoga Milwaukee teachers
Laura Hulke, CYT, and Marty Tribble, RYT guide a beginner's flying
yoga practice. Grounded in principles of physics, trust and
surrender, flying yoga liberates the body and frees the soul.
Participation in this special offering requires a foundation of a
steady, physical yoga practice or other physical practice (such as
martial arts, running, swimming, etc.). Flying asks yogis for
physical strength, flexibility and focused body and breath
awareness.

STOKING THE FIRE: A Creative Core Yoga Practice
Steeped in the teachings of Shiva Rea, this workshop teaches powerful
prana flow sequences that provide a creative approach to stoking the
core...the furnace of our body temple. This workshop is ideal for those
familiar with a vinyasa flow style practice.

THAI FOR TWO: Introduction to Thai Massage
Appropriate for those new to Thai Yoga Massage, this workshop will cover
the most basic elements of Thai bodywork (acupressure, assisted
stretching, and gentle massage). Learn a simple routine to use at home
with your partner/family.

THE POWER OF MUDRA: Yogic Hand Postures
An introduction to the practice of Mudra, or yogic hand postures. Learn a
series of Mudras that you can integrate into your meditation and asana
(yoga posture) practice to enhance focus, stamina, and wellbeing.

YOGA + CHANT
A yoga asana (posture) practice infused with ecstatic chant. Learn how
mantra and kirtan (call and respond chant) can enhance your experience
of yoga and excelerate your personal growth.

2.5 Hour Workshop with Live Music



YOGA IN THE KITCHEN
Take your yoga practice off the mat and into the...kitchen! In this hands-
on workshop we will explore what it means to bring the eight limbs of
yoga practice into how we choose, prepare, share, and consume our
meals. (Please note: This workshop requires full kitchen facilities provided
by host location. Marty is not a dietitian/nutritionist and will not be
making dietary recommendations; she will be sharing her own personal
experience on how yogic principles can be applied to food/dietary choices
as well as sharing her favorite recipes.)

YOGA MALA: 108 SUN SALUTATIONS
A yoga mala is the completion of 108 rounds of Surya Namaskar (sun
salutations). This sacred ritual is often completed as a symbol of a deep
spiritual shift in one's life. Often occurring during Spring/Autumn Equinox
and Summer/Winter Solstice, the experience of the yoga mala is both
challenging and rewarding, cultivating a great sense of strength, release,
healing, and bliss. Appropriate for students who are fluid in experience of
Surya Namaskar A as basic pose instruction will not be offered.

1.5 Hour Workshop



YOGA NIDRA
Discover the deep healing potential of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra means
"Yogic Sleep". It is a powerful guided relaxation practice in which you
enter a deep level of meditation sometimes referred to as conscious or
dynamic sleep. This state of meditative awareness is extremely beneficial
for resolving  samskaras (habits or patterns), releasing deep rooted
stress and emotions, creating mental clarity, energizing the body, and
facilitating healing at the cellular level. This guided relaxation experience
is for everyone, no prior yoga experience needed. Bring your yoga mat
and any props that will assist in lying on the floor for one hour
comfortably.

YOGA TRANCE DANCE
An ecstatic, spontaneous movement meditation for all levels of
experience. This workshop begins with basic Prana yoga postures and
evolves into guided movement and eventually free form dance. Enjoy
upbeat world rhythms and trance tracks as you elevate your vibration. No
yoga mats please!
